All tickets sold as pre-booked and are only valid for the date booked. Open dated tickets are valid for 3 months and cannot be extended, if using an open dated ticket you must book in your visit, and confirm your meal reservation. Please check the tour opening times before visiting Vinopolis. Vouchers are sent in email format, nothing will be posted. Please note that restrictions may apply on public holidays and during December. All prices include VAT. A 12.5% Service Charge will be added at the end of your meal. The last admission to the tour for dinner packages will be 18:30, (subject to your restaurant booking). Dinner reservations are available at 18:00, 18:30, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30 & 21:00, Dinner must be taken after the tour and both meal & tour taken on the same day. Lunch reservations are available at 12:00, 12:30, 13:00 & 13:30, Lunch must be taken prior to the tour and both meal & tour taken on the same day. All reservations are subject to availability. All bookings are non-refundable.
