Vinopolis won the event as no other venue offered 2 identical spaces in such close proximity of each other like The Great Halls. This ensured that both finalists were given equal opportunity and guests simply had to pass through the partitioned arches to the second product launch without having to wait for the room to be turned around or travel any distance. The aesthetic appeal of The Great Halls coupled with Vinopolis' range of in-house furniture offered the finishing touches for the event.

Other spaces including the Malbec meeting room and Academia were used as holding areas for each finalist during the day. Academia was then used as a reception area for drinks and canapés before the presentations.
