Vinopolis will host a special whisky masterclass to celebrate the life and genius of Rabbie Burns where you can taste and enjoy six very different Scotch whiskies, followed by a hearty serving of haggis, neeps and tatties in Brew Wharf restaurant.
The whiskies have been specially selected by The Whisky Exchange, and will include:
• Blair Atholl, 12 year old. A full bodied Highlander.
• Clynelish, 14 year old. A fresh coastal variety.
• Aberlour, 15 year old. A solid, sherried Speysider.
• Caol ila, 12 year old. A smoky variety from the Isle of Islay.
• Highland Park, 12 year old. A gloriously rounded malt from Orkney.
• Rosebank or Bladnoch, 15 year old. A light delicate Lowlander

The whisky tasting will last approximately 1.5 hours and supper in Brew Wharf at your leisure. The meal will include a glass of whisky and a Burns recital.
