About Matt Skinner
This will be Matt's 2nd year at Vinopolis after an extremely popular and engaging debut in 2007. He continues in his day to day role as Head of Wine Operations for Jamie Oliver's 'Fifteen' restaurant’s world wide and has both a refreshing take on the industry and a knack for making wine simple. His first book ‘Thirsty Work’ sold into a staggering 14 countries and was translated into 9 foreign languages. Matt is also a regular guest on ITV’s Saturday Cooks, Daily Cooks, UK Food’s Great Food Live & Food Uncut.

About the Matt Skinner tasting:
Matt's no nonsense approach will provide you with an excellent introduction into the world of wine and how to experience it to the full. Matt will ensure, that by tasting five wines from all over the world, you will learn to assess the appearance, smell and taste of wine. Please allow 1 hour with Matt, followed by the Original Vinopolis wine tour which will take approximately 1.5 hours (audio guide not included). The whole experience will last for approximately 2.5 - 3 hours.
