The Wine & Sprit Educational Trust (WSET) is the internationally recognised body which offers qualifications in wines and spirits.
Level 2 Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits
This wine and spirits qualification offers broad coverage of products and basic wine tasting technique. It includes a fundamental underpinning of skills and competencies that are essential in hospitality, retail sales and customer service.

Next course commences: 31st August 2010
Times: Every Tuesday 6.30pm - 9pm
Duration: 8 week course then an exam with 50 multiple choice questions in the 9th week (26th October)

Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits
This course provides comprehensive coverage of wines and spirits from around the world, to equip those in supervisory roles with the confidence and authority to make informed decisions in a variety of trade contexts.

Next course commences: 1st September 2010
Times: Every Wednesday 6.30pm - 9pm
Duration: 10 week course followed by 1 written paper comprising 50 question multiple choice questions, 4 short written answer questions, plus a 15 minute blind wine tasting paper in the 11th week (17th November)
