The Champagne house, situated in Epernay, is a young, modern, vibrant brand producing a light refreshing range, a perfect addition to the Vinopolis Wine Tour experience, with the option for Tour guests to sample three champagnes with the Vinopolis Celebration wine tasting package.
Over 150 guests, including Feuillatte's Cellar Master Jean-Pierre Vincent, enjoyed house-style Reserve Particuliere, summery Rose, and flagship Palmes D'Or. These were served with canapes including seared beef with watermelon, which was a perfect match for the Rose. Although only available on-trade in the UK, a variation of the house style is retailed in supermarkets.
