Your float will last for approx. 1 hour and the Original Tour for approx. 1.5 hours. Please ensure you leave enough time between booking your float and your tour.

All tickets are opendated and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once you have made your booking you will need to book your Float directly with the Floatworks (020 7357 0111) and your self guided Tour at www.vinopolis.co.uk/bookvisit .

1. You will receive a confirmation email followed by an e-voucher which is redeemed for your self guided tour tickets and your float.
2. Self Guided Tour Tickets are collected from the Vinopolis Ticket Desk on arrival.
3. Your Float must be booked directly with the Floatworks on 020 7357 0111 and is subject to availability.
4. The Float and the Tour do not have to be booked on the same day but both must be completed within 6 months of purchase.
5. Tickets purchased on-line are non-refundable and the date is non transferable. Tickets must be used on the specific date chosen and will not be accepted under any other circumstances.
