So what's so special about Wine Wharf? Well for a start there's our position. Situated next to Borough Market, close to the City and South Bank, we're two minutes walk from London Bridge station, so finding us is never a problem.
Secondly there's the atmosphere. Our bar is informal and relaxed, with leather sofas, soft lighting and an eclectic selection of music. Our building combines a modern style bar and kitchen with the industrial chic of a Victorian warehouse.
Thirdly there’s the wines: Probably the finest selection of wines in the world – Hand picked by wine experts, our selection of wines, of which there are over 400 to choose from, span many countries from traditional France to new world countries such as Mexico, New Zealand and Argentina. Our wine list also starts at very affordable prices, and then ascends to our fantastic fine wine selection.
And what’s cooking? Well our chefs are trained to create simple sumptuous food to accompany the wine, not wine to accompany fancy food – we are a wine bar after all! With a wide selection there is something for everyone. Food is served from Midday – 10pm. Please check out the specials board for additional treats.
Special events at wine wharf include regular public wine tastings and regular live music. Please ask a member of staff for more information.
Wine Wharf also provides the perfect setting for your private or corporate function. We offer a range of menu options and custom made wine tastings.
Whoever you are, whatever the occasion and whatever your tipple, we think that Wine Wharf is a perfect venue for parties, gatherings, a drink after work or even a date.
But don't just take our word for it - give us a try!
