Learn how to shake and stir your favourite cocktails in 'The Bombay Sapphire Blue Room' at Vinopolis, in this interactive team building experience.
Arriving at 6.30pm, guests are welcomed with a perfectly mixed Bombay Sapphire cocktail. At 7.00pm our Mixologist will briefly introduce you to Bombay Sapphire, its history and making.
Following this an interactive demonstration will give you an insight into the A to Z of bar culture, the basics of bartending and ultimately how to create a range of cocktails from the classic Martini to more contemporary creations.
The mixologist will then separate the group into teams who will be challenged to recreate one of the cocktails they have learned. These cocktails will then be judged impartially and each member of the winning team will be rewarded with a Bombay Sapphire themed prize.
Guests depart at approximately 9.00pm.
Available: Monday - Wednesday
Duration: 2.5 hours approx.
