In response to this Vinopolis has reviewed its approach to conferences, developing a range of catering, AV, lighting and room options to perfectly fit your conference as we understand that every meeting and conference is different.

Our flexible approach to conferencing allows you to combine simple to advanced AV and lighting solutions with classic conference dining to more elaborate catering. Whether you require a 2 course lunch with afternoon tea, on site technicians to oversee production, washes of lighting in your brand colours or fresh fruit juice and mineral water throughout the day we have the diversity of spaces and conference packages to match your requirements and achieve your events objectives.
